Garden of Life Vitamin Code Women is a comprehensive whole-food multivitamin formulated specifically to support the nutritional needs of women. Delivered in 120 vegetarian capsules (30 servings), it provides a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals — including vitamins A, C, D3, E, K1 and K2, a full B-complex with methylcobalamin B12, and key minerals such as iron, zinc, selenium, iodine and magnesium — in forms derived from cultures of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and natural whole-food sources.

Usage & Dosage

Adults take 4 capsules daily. Best when taken 2 capsules twice a day. May be taken with or without food. Capsules may be opened and contents may be added to water or juice. Not intended for children.
