Take 1 capsule twice daily, drinking with a large amount of water – after breakfast and after lunch.

Contains caffeine (200 mg per daily dose). Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Not to be used during nursing, in case of circulatory system diseases, hypertension, or hypersensitivity to any formula ingredient. Do not exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources or a single dose of 200 mg of caffeine. Do not use before bedtime or during the immediately preceding hours before sleep. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) or more. Should not be consumed if consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Keep out of reach of children.
