About Life Extension – Fast-C® and Bio-Quercetin Phytosome (60 Veg Tablets)
Life Extension Fast-C® and Bio-Quercetin Phytosome combines 500 mg of vitamin C as ascorbic acid with a highly bioavailable quercetin phytosome complex in a convenient once- or twice-daily vegetarian tablet. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones, cartilage, teeth, gums, and blood vessels — all authorised claims under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.
The quercetin in this formula is delivered as Bio-Quercetin phytosome, a phosphatidylcholine complex sourced from sunflower that is designed to support enhanced absorption compared to standard quercetin. Each tablet provides 15 mg of the Bio-Quercetin phytosome complex, yielding 5 mg of quercetin from Japanese sophora concentrate. The formula is further supported by BioPerine® piperine from black pepper fruit extract, alongside small amounts of calcium and magnesium.
