Each three-softgel serving provides 667 mg of elemental Calcium sourced from a Calcium Carbonate and Citrate complex, 333 mg of elemental Magnesium from a Magnesium Oxide and Citrate complex, 25 mg of elemental Zinc from Zinc Oxide, and 10 µg (400 IU) of Vitamin D3 as Cholecalciferol derived from lanolin. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal immune system function.
