BetterYou Vegan Health Oral Spray is a convenient, great-tasting liquid supplement specially formulated to support the nutritional needs of those following a plant-based diet. Delivered via an innovative oral spray, it provides four key nutrients — Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, Iron, and Iodine — in a single daily routine, bypassing the need for tablets or capsules.

Each daily serving of 4 sprays delivers 75 µg (3000 IU) of Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), which contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, while Iodine contributes to normal cognitive function and normal thyroid function.

With a refreshing pomegranate and raspberry flavour, this spray is free from sugar, artificial colours and flavourings, dairy, gluten, wheat, and soy — making it a clean, trusted choice for vegans and vegetarians alike. Ingredients

Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifiers (acacia gum and sunflower lecithin), medium chain triglycerides, ferric sodium EDTA (iron), ferric ammonium citrate (iron), humectant (glycerin), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), natural flavourings (pomegranate and raspberry), thickener (xanthan gum), potassium iodide (iodine), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

Usage & Dosage

Adults: Use 4 sprays daily (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Can be taken together or separately. 3–8 years: 1 spray; 8–12 years: 2 sprays; 13 years and above: 4 sprays. Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace cap after use.

Warnings

Do not exceed recommended dosage – excessive xylitol consumption may produce laxative effects. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
