Recommended daily serving: 2 applications (or 4 applications for pregnant and breastfeeding women). 2 (or 4*) applications provide 100% of the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of folic acid (vitamin B9). *Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.
