Life Extension Bone Restore with Vitamin K2 is a comprehensive multi-nutrient formula designed to support healthy bones. Each serving delivers a carefully selected combination of calcium (in four highly bioavailable forms — carbonate, citrate malate, bisglycinate and fructoborate), alongside Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2 (as trans menaquinone-7), Magnesium, Zinc, Manganese, Silicon and Boron — nutrients that work together to support normal bone structure and function.

Usage & Dosage

Take four (4) capsules daily, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Scientific studies suggest calcium supplementation in divided doses with food in the morning and evening may yield the best results. Maintaining an optimal vitamin D blood level also helps maximise calcium absorption.
