Usage & Dosage
Mix 1½ level teaspoons of powder (approx. 5 g) into at least 8 oz. (approx. 240 ml) of cold water or clear liquid until fully dissolved. Add powder slowly while stirring. Once prepared, this mixture may be added to smoothies or juices as desired. Take once daily with a meal.
