Käyttö ja annostus
Dissolve 1 portion (50 g of powder = 1 scoop) in 100 ml of water using a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Drink approximately 30 minutes before or immediately after training. To adjust flavour intensity, dissolve in 100–200 ml of water. Depending on sport discipline and exercise intensity, 2 to 4 servings per day are recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
