Jarrow Formulas Curcumin Phytosome (Meriva) delivers 500 mg of a clinically researched phosphatidylcholine-curcumin complex per capsule, providing 90 mg of curcuminoids per serving. The Meriva® phytosome technology binds curcumin extract from Curcuma longa rhizome to phosphatidylcholine, a phospholipid naturally found in cell membranes, to support enhanced absorption compared to standard curcumin preparations.

Curcumin is the principal bioactive polyphenol found in turmeric (Curcuma longa), a plant with a long history of use in traditional herbal practice. Each bottle contains 60 veggie capsules suitable for a 30-day supply at the recommended serving of two capsules per day, taken with food.

Formulated with a clean excipient profile and encapsulated in a plant-based hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) shell, this product is appropriate for vegan and vegetarian lifestyles and is free from gluten, dairy, egg, soy and other major allergens.

Usage & Dosage
