Ingredients

Water, diluent (xylitol), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), emulsifiers (acacia gum and sunflower lecithin), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring (natural peppermint oil). No artificial colours or flavours.

Usage & Dosage

Carefully spray into your mouth or on the inside of your cheek. Take one spray daily or as directed by your health practitioner. Multiple sprays can be taken where a higher dosage is required. As general guidance, 1000 IU (25 µg) per 25 kg of body weight as a daily maintenance dosage. Does not need to be taken with food or water and can be taken at any time of the day. Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Once opened, use within 6 months.
