Olimp Nutrition Flex Xplode is a comprehensive joint-support powder formula delivering a carefully selected combination of structural and bioactive ingredients in every serving. Each 14.4 g serving provides 10,000 mg of Collagen Type I Hydrolysate alongside 250 mg of Collagen Type II Hydrolysate, MSM, Glucosamine Sulfate, Chondroitin Sulfate, Hyaluronic Acid, and Boswellia serrata extract — all in one convenient, grapefruit-flavoured drink.

1 serving per day (14.4 g powder = 2 scoops), dissolved in 200 ml of water, between meals. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
