Dissolved in a warm bath or foot soak, these high-quality Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate flakes allow you to unwind while supporting your wellness routine — no tablets or capsules required.

Each 1kg bag contains 120g of elemental magnesium at a concentrated 47% MgCl₂ strength, delivering a generous supply for regular bath or foot bath use. BetterYou recommends 2 to 3 magnesium baths per week to make the most of your flakes. One standard bath uses approximately 250g, giving you roughly four full baths per bag, while a foot bath requires just 150g per session.

Formulated with purity in mind, BetterYou Magnesium Flakes are free from parabens, synthetic colours and fragrances, and preservatives. Usage & Dosage

Bath: Add 250g of Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase the amount for a more intensive experience.

Foot bath: Add 150g of Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approximately 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.

It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. 1kg of Magnesium Flakes contains 120g of elemental magnesium.

Warnings
