Each serving provides 1650 mg of Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA), a plant-derived Omega-3 fatty acid, alongside Omega-6 (Linoleic Acid) and Omega-9 (Oleic Acid) to support a balanced daily fatty acid intake.

Usage & Dosage

Take 3 softgels in the morning and 3 softgels in the evening, with meals (6 softgels / 2 servings per day). Serving size: 3 softgels. Servings per container: 60.
