Eve Superior Women’s Multi by NOW Foods is a comprehensive multivitamin and mineral formula developed with the nutritional needs of women in mind. Each serving of 3 tablets delivers a broad spectrum of over 30 essential nutrients, including vitamins A, C, D3, E, K, a full B-complex, and key minerals such as iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium, selenium and iodine — many provided in highly bioavailable chelated or coenzymated forms.
Beyond the core vitamin and mineral profile, Eve Superior Women’s Multi is enriched with antioxidant-supporting botanicals and specialty nutrients including Cranberry fruit concentrate, Pomegranate Extract, Acai Berry, Mangosteen Extract, Lycopene, Lutein, Coenzyme Q10 and Alpha Lipoic Acid. Iron is supplied as Ferrochel® ferrous bisglycinate chelate, a well-tolerated form, and Vitamin B12 is provided as methylcobalamin for optimal utilisation. Folate is included as folic acid, contributing to normal folate status. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones and cartilage, and also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Take 3 tablets daily with food.

Warning: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control centre immediately.
