Ingredients

Fish oil standardised to contain 18% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 12% DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), D-α-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E).

Usage & Dosage

Recommended intake: 1 capsule 2 times daily. Swallow the capsule and drink plenty of water, preferably during or after a meal containing fats, which increases the absorption of omega-3 fatty acids.
