About GAT Sport – Testrol – 60 tablets
Testrol by GAT Sport is a multi-ingredient men’s supplement formulated with a blend of herbal extracts, amino acids and micronutrients. Each pack contains 60 tablets providing 30 servings, designed to be cycled as part of a structured training and nutrition programme.
The formula brings together a range of botanicals — including Tribulus Terrestris Extract (standardised to 45% Saponins), Fenugreek Seed, Eurycoma Longifolia Root and Epimedium Extract (standardised to 10% Icariin) — alongside L-Arginine, Mucuna Pruriens Seed Extract (10% L-dopa) and Avena Sativa. These are complemented by Zinc and Magnesium, which contribute to normal testosterone levels in the blood and to normal protein synthesis respectively, supporting an active lifestyle.
Zinc also contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function. Testrol is intended exclusively for adult men and is best taken alongside a balanced diet and regular exercise programme.

Usage & Dosage
Adult men: take 2 tablets every day on a light to empty stomach. Cycle 8 weeks on and 2 weeks off (complete 2 bottles). Optional: Drink 2 glasses of grape or fruit juice within 1 hour after every workout to optimise insulin activity. Consume 5 grams of BCAAs after every workout. Take 5–10 grams of Creatine daily. Take L-Glutamine after training and before bedtime.
