Jarrow Formulas FamilE delivers a comprehensive full-spectrum vitamin E complex in a convenient once-daily softgel. Rather than providing isolated alpha-tocopherol alone, FamilE combines d-alpha tocopherol with a Mixed Tocopherol Complex — supplying meaningful amounts of d-gamma, d-delta, d-alpha, and d-beta tocopherols — alongside Mixed Tocotrienols, to reflect the full “family” of vitamin E forms found in nature.

Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, as well as supporting normal immune function — these are authorised health claims under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006. Each softgel provides 41 mg of d-alpha tocopherol (273% of the EU Daily Reference Value), complemented by 250 mg of d-gamma tocopherol from the Mixed Tocopherol Complex and 38 mg of Mixed Tocotrienols per serving.
