Usage & Dosage

Topical use: Make a paste with warm water until smooth and fine. Massage the activated clay into your skin for a few minutes, avoiding the eye area. Allow the mask to dry. After gently rinsing with water, apply your moisturiser. Can also be used as a face and body mask, in scrubs and cleansers, or as the foundation for any homemade beauty recipe. Avoid using metallic utensils with activated clay for optimal results.

Internal use: Stir 1 heaped teaspoon in a glass of water before or after food twice a day.
