Usage & Dosage

Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient water. Do not chew.

Warnings

This product is not suitable for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women, and people taking medicines that interact with each other (e.g. thyroid medicines, barbiturate medicines). Ashwagandha should only be used under medical supervision during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Ashwagandha can increase the production of thyroid hormones.
