Usage & Dosage

Stir one measuring spoon (2 g) into still water daily and consume, ideally on an empty stomach.

Short-term (acute) use:
Day 1–3: 2000 mg D-Mannose 3 times daily (or 1 dose every 2–3 hours).
Day 4–5: 2 × 2000 mg daily.
Day 6–9: 1 × 2000 mg daily.

Children under 14 years: half the adult dose (1000 mg per dose).
