Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 serving (1 scoop / 31g) with 175–250 ml of cold water or skim milk and consume twice daily, 30 to 60 minutes before your 2 largest meals. For best results, use in conjunction with a balanced diet and exercise program for 60 days. Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use.
