Nutricost DIM Capsules deliver 300 mg of Diindolylmethane (DIM) per serving — a naturally occurring compound formed in the body from indole-3-carbinol, a substance found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage. Usage & Dosage

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily with 8–12 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.
