Ostrovit KSM-66 Ashwagandha® + Magnesium + B6 P-5-P combines three carefully selected ingredients in a single convenient vegan capsule formula. Each serving delivers 200 mg of KSM-66® — a premium, full-spectrum ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) standardised to 5% withanolides — alongside meaningful doses of magnesium and active-form vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5′-phosphate (P-5-P).
Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and normal psychological function. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and the regulation of hormonal activity.

Ingredients
Magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium), filling agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera L. Dunal) — KSM-66 Ashwagandha® standardised to 5% withanolides, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; pyridoxal 5′-phosphate (vitamin B6).
Capsule shell: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) — plant-based vegan capsule.
Usage & Dosage
Consume 1 serving (2 capsules) daily with a meal. Drink plenty of water. The product is intended for adults.
