Olimp Nutrition Glutamine Xplode is an advanced amino acid powder delivering 5.5 g of L-glutamine per serving — one of the most abundant amino acids in the human body. Each 10 g serving also provides 1.5 g of L-leucine and 0.25 g of cystine, combined in Olimp’s proprietary Vit-A-min Supercharge blend to support your daily amino acid intake as part of an active lifestyle.
The formula is further enriched with a full spectrum of micronutrients at 100% of the recommended daily allowance, including Vitamin C delivered via the premium PureWay-C® form, Niacin, Selenium, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid and Vitamin B12. Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 and B12 contribute to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Käyttö ja annostus
Add 1 portion (10 g of powder = 1 scoop) to 200 ml of water, once a day – before breakfast or after training or before sleep. Consume directly after preparation.
