Usage & Dosage
Adults and children aged 4+ take 30 drops (2 dropper squeezes – 2 ml) daily in a glass (250 ml) of water or juice. You can take Ionic minerals in any hot or cold liquid, with or without food, any time of the day. Shake well before use.
