Ingredients
Ground defatted, roasted peanuts, low-fat cocoa (6%), salt, flavouring, sweetener: sucralose.
Usage & Dosage
To prepare a nut shake, mix 2 heaped tablespoons (30g) with 250ml of milk or water. To prepare a nut cream, mix 2 heaped tablespoons (30g) with 1 tablespoon of water until a smooth consistency is obtained. Can also be used as a flavour additive to porridge, omelettes, pancakes, coffee, protein powder.
